The Customer Services team, based at our National Customer Service Centre in Northampton, are responsible for responding to over 1,000,000 customer calls, 75,000 e-mails and an additional 4,000 written contacts per annum.
The team resolve customer queries and complaints, arrange customer home deliveries and installations and manage telephone orders.
