We currently have over 190 stores nationwide with ambitions to be the destination store of choice for home improvements. We are part of the Travis Perkins Group, which operates a further 7 businesses from more than 1,200 sites across the UK.

Support Centre

Our Support Centre is based in Harrow and unless otherwise stated, all support functions and roles are based here. With just under 200 people in our office we offer a truly unique culture. Everyone here is passionate about our brand, friendly, down to earth and most of all, committed to the continued growth and development of our business.

Support functions and typical roles include:
• Buying and Buying Support – Buyers, Buying Administrators and Pricing Analysts
• Central Retail Operations - includes Loss Prevention, Store Support Desk and Communications
• Customer Service Centre – based in Northampton – Customer Service Advisors, Delivery Co-ordinators, Online Sales Advisors and Team Leaders
• HR – including Recruitment, Training and Regional HR Support
• Installations – based in Northampton/Regionally – includes Installation Co-ordinators, Regional Installation Managers
• Marketing – Brand, Category and CRM Marketing, typical roles include Marketing Assistants, Assistant Product Managers, Product Managers, Artworker/Catalogue Designers, POS Assistants, Print Managers, PR
• Retail Development – Project Managers, Space Planners, Merchandisers
• Supply Chain – includes Supply Chain Analysts and Product Supply Managers
• Wickes Online/E-commerce – includes Catalogue Planners, Web Designers and Analysts
