We are looking for a driven individual to join our friendly and outgoing Showroom Web Leads team at the weekends.


As a team you’ll be responsible for talking to all customers who are interested in our Kitchen and Bathroom Design Service, understanding what their requirements are and booking them an appointment with one of our Store based Designers.  


These are fun and engaging conversations and its essential that we give great service to leave a lasting positive first impression.


Responsibilities:


  • Talking to warm lead customers, taking their details and booking in an appointment with a Design Consultant

  • Using our database and ensuring all information is correct and up to date

  • Providing a 5 star service to all potential customers

  • Taking incoming phone calls

  • Dealing with incoming emails

  • Liaising with Design Consultants

  • Answering customer queries about our product range and next steps along their customer journey


Requirements:


  • Friendly personality that translates well in a great telephone manner

  • A real people person who has the ability to quickly build rapport with customers

  • Effective listening and questioning skills

  • Well organised and able to work at pace in a busy contact centre environment

  • Confident and efficient PC user

  • Clearly understood with a good standard of written and spoken English


Ideally offering weekend hours, 9am-6pm or 11am-8pm.


We can be flexible in the hours available for the right candidate.


Our Web Leads service is open 7 days a week, from 9am to 8pm and we are looking for excellent people to join our team who want to work during the day or in the afternoon through to evening or at the weekends.


We are able to offer full training for this role so previous relevant experience isn’t essential but it would be beneficial. Due to the location of our Customer Service Centre there is a limited bus service in the evenings and on the weekends so use of a vehicle would be beneficial to you.
