We are looking for a compassionate and patient individuals to join our customer service department, working within the installation service team.


As a team, you’ll be responsible for talking to all customers who have queries or are in need of information regarding the installation of their new kitchen or bathroom. You’ll be the liaison between the customer and the installation team, making sure things run smoothly after initial contact with the centre.


Responsibilities


  • Respond at pace to customer calls to meet individual targets and departmental service level agreements.
  • Demonstrate consistently our Ready 2 Help customer journey to meet the service requirements of the role. 
  • Liaise between customers, third party suppliers, our network of stores and distribution teams to successfully resolve our customer’s concerns or complete an order.
  • Minimise the delays in resolving customer concerns and seek assistance from line manager or colleagues if necessary to achieve a speedier resolution.
  • Resolve as many customer queries at first contact as possible.
  • Prioritise workload to ensure tasks are completed on time.

Requirements


  • A friendly personality that translates well in a great telephone manner

  • A real people person who has the ability to quickly build rapport with customers

  • Effective listening and questioning skills

  • Ability to build rapport quickly

  • Well organised and able to work at pace in a busy contact centre environment

  • Confident and efficient PC user

  • Clearly understood with a good standard of written and spoken English


We are able to offer full training for this role so previous relevant experience isn’t essential but it would be beneficial.
