Your Role as a Key Holder

The role of Key Holder within Wickes is essential - this means the potential is high, as is the opportunity for your growth and future development!

What you’ll be doing…

  • Offering great Customer Service with a lasting impression

  • Delivering great display and merchandise standards

  • Working with your colleagues to deliver a safe, well organised warehouse and yard

  • Supporting the Operations Manager with promotional and seasonal campaigns - To offer a commercial approach while achieving the right company objective

  • Ensuring maximum stock availability and being accountable for the warehouse and delivery yard (FLT training can be given)

What are we looking for in you as a Key Holder

  • We do want people who have worked in a retail environment before - we’re not worried about what product!

  • A can do spirit is essential in retail so this is a non negotiable for us!

  • Being part of a team that thinks and practises safety at all times

  • Happy and enjoy talking to customers

  • Quick Learner and used to working at pace!
