Data Administrator - 12 months FTC

Wickes are a digitally led, service enabled organisation with a project in every home.

We are looking for a Data Administrator reporting to the Senior Manager Commercial Data Operations to service and develop the online business. You will be part of the Commercial team to assess the objectives and requirements of the product category content, and liaise with Category teams, and suppliers to improve this content in line with our framework, whilst reporting back progress, and maintaining the critical path. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the Commercial Category Teams, to encourage and develop the online product content 

• Maintaining product data 

• Compile and provide weekly progress reports

• Acquiring and maintaining product data from commercial teams

• Managing product catalogues and ensuring data accuracy and completion

• Providing reports and templates to assist with ongoing data insight

What are we looking for?

• At least A Level Qualification 

• Preferable related working experience 

• Proficient in acquiring, organising and maintaining large volumes of product data

• Proficient in Google Suite & Microsoft 

• Good time management skills along with the ability to multitask;

• Ability to liaise closely with partners and other departments and cope well under the pressure of tight deadlines on numerous projects 

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
