The role we're recruiting for;

We are looking for a Project Manager to join us in Store Operations in our Watford Support Centre on a 6 month secondment to work on various projects with a focus on operational efficiencies and improving customer service both in terms of our customers and our colleagues.

The person;

You will be an expert on all things Wickes and currently be in a management role. You will be well practised at managing stakeholders and be adept at communicating with colleagues at all levels. The successful candidate will be detailed and analytical and be able to work at pace as our Store Operations team will manage multiple projects at a time. You will be able to get to Watford easily as this will be your base but you will also be comfortable with travel and the occasional overnight stay.
