The FT Diversity Leaders list is the result of a pan-European survey of more than 100,000 employees who were asked to evaluate their employer (and other employers) in terms of their inclusiveness and efforts to promote various aspects of diversity, including gender balance, openness to all forms of sexual orientation, race and ethnicity, disability and age.
