In the Commercial Department we like to think of ourselves as the engine room of the business. It’s our job to know exactly what the Wickes customer wants, so that we can find the best products, from the best suppliers, whilst offering great value for money.
Our team culture is based on collaboration and a shared sense of purpose - to deliver our sales and profit targets to help our business grow.
Each function within the Commercial Department plays a vital role in delivering the Wickes vision.
The Category teams own the customer proposition and work hand in hand with Product Supply & Merchandising to ensure that our shelves are stocked, in the most operationally efficient and profitable way possible.
Our Trade Planning & Pricing and Commercial Operations teams are the experts in delivering market leading trading campaigns.
And finally, our Procurement & Responsible Sourcing teams manage our supply base and help us find the right supplier partners for our business.
