Import Supply Analyst - 12 months FTC

We are thrilled to announce we are recruiting for an Import Supply Analyst to join our team in our Support Centre in Watford, on a 12 months basis.

The purpose of the role is to manage all aspects of the Import process, tracking and ensuring customers are fully informed of the progress of their shipments to ensure all requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise between Suppliers, Forwarders and customs agents to gather necessary documents and information.

• Liaise between Suppliers, Forwarders and customs agents to gather necessary documents and information.

• Collaborate with suppliers and commercial buyers to acquire up to date product information.

• Liaising and effectively communicating with other Government agencies such as HMRC as and when required.

• Developing and record keeping processes of any cross border transactions.

• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of UK Customs and Excise as well as import and export commodity codes.

• Understanding and adhering to all company policies and procedures relevant to the role.

• Some experience using Google sheets
