- Effective Communication: Keeping all stakeholders informed throughout the order and installation process.
- Action Planning: Allocating corrective action requests promptly to meet targets and providing expert advice for work completion.
- Operational Excellence: Coordinating with submitters to ensure stock is delivered on time and managing any replacement items as needed.
- Detailed Tracking: Maintaining accurate records in our central database (FSM) and reporting on progress to management.
- Problem Resolution: Resolving payment queries and minimizing delays by working collaboratively with colleagues to meet completion dates.
- Continuous Improvement: Attending regular review meetings to help refine our processes and enhance the service we provide.
- Experience: You have worked in the services sector or a similar high-quality customer service role within the last 18 months.
- Skills: You possess strong literacy and numeracy skills, excellent organisation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable working with multiple IT systems; experience with Google platforms (Sheets, Docs) and basic Excel reporting is a plus.
- Mindset: You take ownership of your work, use your initiative to solve problems, and bring a positive, "can-do" attitude to the team.
