The team:

Our Finance team are the guardians of our financial health. They don't just "do the numbers", they partner with every area of the business to make sure we’re making smart, profitable decisions for the future. From paying our suppliers on time to helping our leaders decide where to invest next, you’ll see how Finance touches every part of our success. It’s a down-to-earth look at how we manage the well-being of a multimillion-pound business.

You'll learn:

A deep dive into how a high-performing finance team actually works.
The fundamentals of financial management in a retail environment.
Why Finance is a vital partner in helping the whole company reach its goals.

What you’ll do:

Work on case studies across Investor Relations and FP&A
Learn about financial controls, Tax and Store business partnering
Meet with senior leaders, including the CFO and one of the Heads of Finance, to learn how they support the business
Be able to ask any questions you have for a potential career in Finance

Who we’re looking for:

What matters most to us is your positive attitude and potential. And you’d need the following:

Be 16 years or over
A positive energy and you like a fast-paced environment!
You’re curious about how business works
You’ve got good communication skills

What we offer:

Our work experience is a voluntary placement focused on your personal development. While there is no salary, we’ll cover for your lunch and travel each day.

Our recruitment process
