Marked annually on the 8th March, International Women's Day (IWD) celebrates the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity and raising awareness about women's equality.
As part of our Balance for Better (BfB) workstream, we passionately believe that a balanced organisation is a great support for colleagues, it’s felt by our customers and will further enhance our brand and performance. So this year we’re inviting all colleagues from around the business to take part in our International Women’s Day celebration.
