We are the Banbury store on Southam Road, OX16 2RR, plenty of parking and easily reachable on public transport. We are looking for a colleague to work 39 hours a week including early and late shifts and one day over the weekend.
Our Store
Our Banbury store has 28 colleagues in total, with a diverse team and a great culture. We have a heavy footfall of customers, including Trade and Retail.
What will I be doing?
We are looking for someone who has lots of energy, a bubbly personality that can go above and beyond for your customers. You will be working on the tills and the shop floor and will be the first to greet our customers.
Everything you do will be focused on the customer experience, of course, while you’re creating a helpful and friendly customer experience, we’ll be thinking of new ways to reward, develop and invest in you. You’ll receive all the training, support and opportunities you need. Think of it as a down-to-earth place to work, where you get to go up in the world.

If you are 21 yrs and over £12.21 phr, 18 yrs - 20 yrs £11.51 phr and under 18 yrs £8.47 phr.
