There is regular national travel required with this role, therefore it is imperative for the successful candidate to hold a UK driver's licence, have access to a vehicle and live within 1.5hrs of our Support Centre in Watford.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of properties, including over 230 UK Stores, our Support Centre in Watford, Distribution Centre and new stores openings with end to end management.

As an experienced leader you will mentor a team of four including Property experts in Acquisitions, Store Transformation, Facilities Management and Goods not for Resale.

Develop and execute strategic plans across our properties to maximise financial performance and operational efficiency.

Chair the monthly Property board meeting to ensure all stakeholders are informed and consulted on strategic initiatives.

Comprehensive understanding of property laws, regulations, and industry practices is needed.

Experience of operating at Board level, chairing monthly Property board meetings to ensure all stakeholders are informed and consulted on strategic initiatives

Prepare and manage property budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals and objectives. Implementing cost-control measures and strategies to optimise property revenue and minimise expenses. Conduct financial analysis, including ROI evaluations and financial forecasting.

With excellent communication skills you will communicate regularly with external property owners, investors, Law firms, Agents, Landlords and also internal stakeholders up to Exec Board level.

What are we looking for:

Proven experience in property management including a Retail background.

Experience in property or store development, property and asset management would be advantageous.

Strong commercial, financial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial statements, budgets, and market data.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders and customers up to Board level

Comprehensive knowledge of property laws, regulations, and industry practices
