Our People Team is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to join us due to internal movement. This full-time position requires three days on-site work at our Northampton location.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and administering HRIS Systems throughout the entire employee lifecycle, aligning with business needs. This includes granting access, managing releases, and performing data integrity audits and corrections. You will collaborate with the wider team as needed and serve as a HR systems specialist stakeholder on projects, acting as a tier 2 escalation point for the shared services team.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Administer & maintain the HR systems (e.g. user set up, hierarchy changes)
  • Act as an escalation point to problem solve user issues as part of wider HR Shared Services team, and part of the change request review process
  • Provide HR data and systems specialist knowledge on projects involving new or upgraded HR systems and involved in designing tools and processes, along with data production for the HR leadership team (i.e annual salary reviews and annual bonus payments, time and attendance discrepancies)
  • Provide support to ensure that colleagues are set up and paid correctly by working closely with payroll and operational teams to ensure successful pay period closure
  • Proactively recommend system and process improvements to increase efficiencies and improve the end user’s experience 
  • Create and maintain all HR system guides/ knowledge cards and testing requirements/results. 
  • Communicate important system events to the wider business.
What are we looking for:
  • Previous experience as a HR system “super user” with a keen interest in system development
  • Experience of carrying out user testing
  • Experience of working with multiple data sources
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excel Skills
  • Knowledge or experience with integrations or interface processes
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present and explain complex analysis in a clear and simple way
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
