You'll lead the delivery and management of significant projects, with a spotlight on our high-profile IBM Sterling Order Management System transformation. The Role:
- As an experienced Senior IT Project / Product Delivery Manager, you will be delivering in a Retail environment or similar faced-packed customer focused organisation.
- You’ll have first hand experience in implementing significant change - including new products or platforms.
- You'll have good judgement, a sense of urgency and will have demonstrated commitment to high standards of ethics, regulatory compliance, customer service and business integrity.
- A critical thinker, strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills, self-motivated and possessing of a high sense of urgency and personal integrity.
- You’ll have great interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships at all levels and be able to influence.
Does this sound like you?
- As an experienced Senior IT Project/Product Delivery Manager, you will have previous experience of implementing IBM Sterling OMS.
- Possesses proven expertise and substantial experience in the domains of Supply Chain management, Fulfilments logistics, Distribution networks, and the strategic implementation of new product propositions
- Demonstrates a thorough and comprehensive understanding of the Retail landscape, including its core systems and operational processes.
- You'll have good judgement, a sense of urgency and will have demonstrated commitment to high standards of ethics, regulatory compliance, customer service and business integrity.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate critical thinking abilities, possess strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, exhibit self-motivation, and maintain a high sense of urgency and professional integrity.
- You’ll have great interpersonal skills, demonstrating a capacity to cultivate and maintain robust professional relationships across all levels, as well as exhibiting strong persuasive and influencing skills.
