Head of Business Engagement (Multiple Roles)

As part of a transformation programme into a standalone PLC business and the build of a new tech team, Wickes are looking for a number of Heads of Business Engagement. Reporting to the Director of Business Engagement these roles partner with particular business units (and functional teams) in order to ensure that they are utilising and developing IT solutions for our customers, colleagues and enabling Wickes to meet our ambitious growth targets.

The Heads of Business Engagement will work closely with a specific business unit within Wickes, providing the connection between the business and technology teams to identify, design, develop and successfully implement programmes that make a difference to our customers and their experience of engaging with our brand.
We are looking for individuals who are open to collaborating and creating innovative solutions, based on proven knowledge of working within different types of agile principles, methodologies, and frameworks. You will have proven experience of working closely with a range of internal stakeholders and reputed vendors. We are ideally looking for individuals who have proven experience and knowledge of partnering with specific business units, for example store operations, kitchen and bathroom retailing, logistics, Omni Channel, BI and Analytics, Supply Chain or Finance.
You will bring an understanding of existing, new and emerging technologies, with a focus on the customer and improving the customer journey at business unit level. You will have a proven track record of business relationship management, project / programme management, and implementing large, complex, and innovative business solutions using technology.
