We’re looking for a POS Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team be responsible for the day to day delivery of campaign Point Of Sale and semi-permanent graphics from creative concept to execution in store. You’ll also be responsible for management of the refit graphics calendar supporting the Marketing Manager on site as well as in the office.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting both the POS Manager & Range Review/Refit Manager with multiple projects from monthly campaign POS to new range reviews and new store graphics.
Management and delivery of in store POS campaigns.
Manage the New Store Format programme, ensuring graphics are ordered and delivered on time. Coordinate installation of graphics with 3rd party contractors. Visit stores ahead of completion to review and sign off installation. Ensure the master graphic list is updated in line with new range reviews.
Support with the creation of campaign & range review guides for stores to use, working cross-functionally with the Store Operations team making sure it has all relevant in store marketing detail
Write & create concept and technical briefs for in house studio, working with Marketing Manager to sign off all creative output.
Work with our print supplier to ensure that all marketing collateral is in stock and reports are run weekly and shared with the team.
Support the Range Review Marketing Manager to create customer led instore graphics to support our range reviews calendar.
Day to day management of requests through team and Store Operations forums. Working cross functionally with internal teams and suppliers to manage enquiries.
Financial admin, raise supplier purchase orders, coordinate internal purchase orders, update relevant budget trackers in a timely manner.
What are we looking for:
Ideally you’ll have at least a year’s experience in Retail marketing or agency with experience of managing sign off. You’ll be used to managing multiple projects and have strong verbal, written and communication skills. You’ll also:
Have a keen eye for detail
Be a confident, self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills.
Show willingness to learn and broaden skill set
Have a passion for marketing
