We’re looking for a Multichannel Supply Chain Analyst to support the Multichannel Supply Team in achieving our business targets. You’ll ensure all aspects of multichannel supply chain administration are managed effectively, accurately and consistently.
You’ll be analysing and maintaining ranging and multichannel attributes through the entire lifecycle to optimise customer availability and minimise residual stock across the multichannel fulfilment centre (MCFC) and store delivered channels. You’ll do this by:
Support delivering the customer-facing availability targets in the multichannel fulfilment centre (MCFC)
Maintenance of parameters in replenishment systems to maximise availability and optimise stock holding in MCFC throughout BAU, Seasonal, Range Change and Promotional Cycles
Work with MCFC teams to plan and execute product flow within operational efficiency parameters
Work with Commercial and Merchandising teams to ensure planogram compliance and optimised MCFC ranging
Work with MCFC and Category Supply teams to optimise Supplier ordering and replenishment
Analyse and report impact of multichannel set up on Customer Experience
Support continuous improvements to multichannel set up and ranging to enhance Customer Experience and profitability
To provide administrative support within the Ranging and Multichannel supply team, ensuring all owned processes are run in a timely and accurate manner.
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in Product Supply / Logistics
Demonstrable analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail
Intermediate Excel & Google Sheets skills
Ability to report and present accurate information to show business impact and make first stage recommendations based on this information
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to build effective cross-functional relationships
Ability to prioritise and methodically structure own workload
Ability to cope with peaks and troughs in workload
