We’re looking for a Process and Policy Coordinator to join the Cost Team


The purpose of the role is to be the store operations expert on all processes, policy and procedure. You’ll ensure all operational processes and policies are documented and visible to the business and they are maintained and up to date. You’ll identify any risks through lack of process or policy ensuring these are closed. You’ll also make sure that any new system, process or project that’s launched is documented and available to the business. You’ll be responsible for owning, updating and managing Wixapedia.


Key Accountabilities:

Ensure all policies and processes are fully documented and visible to stores through Wixapedia

Regularly review Wixapedia to ensure that it is fit for purpose, old outdated material removed and updated in a timely manner

Liaise with the project team and the wider business on new initiatives and processes to ensure that they all launch with a documented process in Wixapedia.

Brief the PP team and store operations on any relevant process changes or new processes

Work with the wider team and stores to fully understand each process end to end to ensure compliance  accuracy and remove questionability in our documents

Identify what processes are no longer relevant or could be reduced or removed to aid efficiency within our stores either through labour or cost savings

Ensure all new, updated, removed processes and policies are effectively communicated to stores and the company

Test and gather feedback from policies and processes to ensure they are fit for purpose before launch



What are we looking for:


GCSE Maths / English

Worked in a customer facing, fast paced environment

Excellent planning, time and project management skills

Good listening skills and an effective communicator

Able to remain calm under pressure

Good punctuation and grammar skills 

Ability to coach and develop others

Takes initiative

Good presentation skills 

Excellent understanding of Wickes processes and policies

Team player

Flexible work pattern

Mobile / has a driving licence and transport

Enthusiastic and self motivated

Confident and outgoing
