Reporting Specialist

The purpose of this role is to provide reporting support within the Installations Department that will enable service improvement and cost reduction, through the maintenance and development of performance data.  

As there is the option to work remotely in this role we are open to application from those based in the West Midlands area.

Key Accountabilities:

• To provide relevant and timely information to Managers within the field and centre, that will be used to improve service and the Installation operation.

• Ensure all reporting is accurate and produced on time.

• Accommodate ad-hoc requests

• Prioritise workload to ensure deadlines are met

• To complete any UAT as required

What are we looking for?

•  English and maths and educated to A level

•  Advanced excel and database management

•  At least 1 years relevant work experience in a contact centre reporting environment

•  Collaboration within a team structure to produce high quality output at pace

•  Strong analytical skills

• Confident and effective communicator

•   Consistent high levels of accuracy and quality

•    Resilient and able to change work pace to meet challenges and demands
