We are looking to recruit a Reporting Specialist to join the team in Northampton. The purpose of this role is to provide reporting and data loading support primarily for the Customer Service Account and Experience teams, that will enable efficiencies, cost reduction, improved performance and improved Customer experience. This role will be providing essential data support that enables us to stay in touch with our customers, keeping them updated on events and impacts to their project. 


Key Accountabilities:

  • To provide relevant and timely information to key stakeholders that will be used to improve performance, make efficiency gains, reduce cost to serve and improve Customer experience.

  • To provide relevant and timely information to key stakeholders that will be used to improve performance, make efficiency gains, reduce cost to serve and improve Customer experience.

  • To complete data loading and the issuing of order related communications.

  • To ensure all work is completed accurately, following the approved process and to the required standard.

  • To effectively prioritise workload to ensure all tasks are delivered to their deadline.

  • To support UAT activity when required.

  • To be able to accommodate ad-hoc requests and seasonal peaks.


What are we looking for:

  • Good standard of literacy and numeracy.

  • Medium to advanced google, excel and database management

  • At least 1 years relevant work experience in a contact centre reporting environment

  • Collaboration within a team structure to produce high quality output at pace

  • Strong analytical skills, being able to identify and track trends.

  • Experience of working in a similar role, ideally for a multi channel retailer or contact centre or distribution environment.

  • Experience of Zendesk reporting and Voicesage and Business Objects.

  • Enthusiastic individual who will engage and flourish in a people centric business.
