We are looking for approachable, curious, and resourceful professionals with experience in Coaching, Training, Sales, or HR to form part of a national team that will have the exciting challenge of driving sales while transforming mindsets within the business.
The Role...
Coaching and training our Kitchen & Bathroom Design Consultants (DC’s) to follow the Wickes customer journey in full, and in the most appropriate way for the customers (virtual, home, or in-store) whilst giving them the tools to achieve company metrics sales and service targets. This will primarily be a field-based role responsible for the coaching and training of around 15 DC’s across the region.
The role is an initial 12-month fixed term contract with the possibility of turning permanent.
About you...
Someone who is looking for a new challenge that comes from a similar Sales Coaching/Training role would be ideal however, we are open to hearing from any Sales professional looking for a new challenge in the coaching/training world - all we ask is that you hold a valid UK Driving Licence and your own car.
Key requirements…
Relevant level 3 or 5 coaching qualification, or experience coaching as a leader or manager
The desire to explore the business, colleagues and customers
The skills required to help our colleagues & managers to reflect on their behaviours and mindset
The ability to build trust quickly, develop strong relationships and enable great coaching conversations
The willingness to develop our regional teams to take responsibility for change and their overall performance
