The Role…
We are searching for a Senior Business Intelligence Manager to oversee and manage projects and new developments within our K&B MI Team, as well as reporting on operational progress, creating communication plans and ensuring standards within K&B and Installations MI and reporting. This is a fantastic opportunity to coach and drive a diverse team and to develop, coordinate and perfectly execute the implementation of multiple projects and business strategies by influencing multiple departments to achieve desirable outcomes backed up by MI / Data.
About you…
We are looking for an experienced leader who has a proven track record in project management and data reporting, who is able to understand trends and environmental impacts to communicate and forecast business performance and risks. You will have the ability to work collaboratively and to create and coordinate a fast-changing and flexible environment for our existing teams to thrive and to ensure all reports are delivered on time. Alongside this you will bring resilience and tenacity to recognise operational challenges and issues and to help to deliver profitable, scalable operational solutions.
It is essential that you have a background in project management, data and reporting and be able to communicate and create comms ref data insights relevant to stakeholders, additionally have experience of working in a field based environment. This is a home based role with flexibility to travel to project and office locations as required, and overnight stays may be required. You must hold a full UK driving licence.
