Have you worked in a customer service environment before, do you thrive on providing the best customer service and work well within a team environment, then we have a role for you.  We are looking for a Store Colleague to join our Nottingham Store on a flexible part-time basis of 16 hours per week, we only ask that you are able to work either Saturday or Sunday every weekend, hours can be discussed at interview stage.

Our Nottingham store is based on Castle Park Industrial Estate, Queens Drive NG2 1GW, we are easy to find and easy to get to, with access to free parking and the tram and bus stops are within a 10min walk.  We have a great team of 20 colleagues, so you will have plenty of support from day one.    

What will I be doing?
Whatever your role in and around the store, everything you do will be focused on the customer experience. Parking will be a breeze, trolleys in easy reach, help always at hand, stock in the right place, deliveries out on time and payment met with a smile. Of course, while you’re creating a helpful and friendly customer experience, we’ll be thinking of new ways to reward, develop and invest in you. You’ll receive all the training, support and opportunities you need. Think of it as a down-to-earth place to work, where you get to go up in the world.

What can we offer you?
We have a flexible part time position available of 16 hours a week, overtime is available, this does need to include one day every weekend, hours can be discussed at the interview stage.

About you
Every day you’ll be dealing with and assisting customers, so it’s important that you offer every person that walks through our doors a high level of customer service. We look for someone that has ideally worked in a customer service environment previously.
