We’re looking for a field based Project Manager to support our refit programme largely within our Southern region.  Do you enjoy the pace and energy of a retail environment which is collaborative, fun and inclusive where people feel part of a winning team? As Transformation Project Manager you’ll be responsible for the implementation of Showrooms within our Refit Programme from when contractors start on site through to completion.  


Key Accountabilities:

  • Create Order Matrix for each store to place/track orders (including Antone)

  • Raise all product orders and align deliveries with POW’s (Programme of Works)

  • Manage any shortages/remedials needed on each site

  • Attend site meetings and support work progress throughout each project

  • Attend site during completion week to oversee smooth handover

  • Compile snagging reports and follow through with stock/contractor to resolution within timeframes

  • Process and log invoices on ODAS payment system within timescales

  • Maintain store database of final updated display information

  • Coordinate the delivery, installation and snagging in each store (c. 3,000 products across Kitchens & Bathrooms)

  • Stock issues - following through on deliveries, out of stocks and replacement items for installation & snagging


What are we looking for:

  • Ability to work to deadlines and programme dates and adapting to change

  • Cross functional networking and engagement

  • Time management to include driving time between sites

  • Ability to work away from home - estimated 1-2 nights per week

  • Showroom Product knowledge

  • Project Management

  • End-to-end ownership of process from concept development to implementation, snagging & closedown

  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and Google Docs

  • Organised with good attention to detail

  • Numerate and analytical

  • Confident communication skills - accurate and concise

  • Assertive in an on-site environment

  • Travel is involved, the successful candidate would need to be located within a Southern location
