Here at Wickes we are recruiting a number of Warehouse Operatives for our Home Delivery Centre in Brackmills. The site supports the kitchen and bathroom home delivery part of our business.
We are looking for dedicated and hardworking warehouse operatives who are physically fit, reliable and looking for a permanent role in a stable and growing company.
Hours of work: Monday – Friday
AM 06:00- 14:00, £10.02 p/hour
PM 14:00- 22:00, £11.33 p/hour
Night 22:00- 06:00, £12.00 p/hour
Key Accountabilities:
Goods-in
LLOP Order picking using a scan gun
Regular manual handling, including some heavy items
Other MHE operation (counter balance, Reach, VNA)
Quality Checks of stock
What are we looking for:
Have warehouse experience (minimum LLOP experience, forklift desirable)
Be reliable and punctual
Have good communication skills
Be happy with heavy lifting
Maintaining high standards of Health and Safety
Achieve the targets and job standards set out by their Line Manager
