We are thrilled to announce we are recruiting for a Workforce Planning Manager to join our Store Operations team, based in our Support Centre in Watford.
The purpose of this role will be to create the Store Weekly Budgets and Weekly Wage Reporting.
Key Accountabilities:
Working with guidance from the Senior Cost & Workforce Planning Manager to produce the stores annual wage and variable costs budgets broken down by week, reforecasting during the RF periods
Produces weekly wage reports that provide store level detail to spend against budget, cost to sales and highlights store risks to budget, recommending action to be taken
Supports the wider Cost Team on reporting requirements
Builds and maintains reporting on a data visualiser platform
Acts as a point of contact for wage and cost budget and spends from Stores and Regional Leaders
Deputises in the absence of the Senior Cost and Workforce Planning Manager
Provides updates to Regional Leaders through visual or written presentations
What are we looking for:
Knowledge on Excel and the building of complex worksheets.
Ability to interpret data and provide recommendations
Good presentation skills.
Ability to challenge data integrity.
Understanding of store operations.
Ability to work to deadlines.
Self starter.
Flexible
Adaptable.
Work at pace.
