We’re looking for an Import Coordinator to join our Product Supply Team, based in our Support Centre in Watford. This is very much an entry level role, and what we really need from you is excellent interpersonal skills, a desire to learn, and ideally proficient MS Office/ Google apps skills. We can train you in the specifics of the role.

This role will manage all aspects of the import process, tracking and ensuring all customers are informed of the progress of their shipments to ensure all requirements are met.


What you’ll be doing:

Completion of end to end customs, logistics and forwarding activities as required.

Coordinate flow of information between internal stakeholders and external partners.

Liaise between Suppliers, Forwarders and customs agents to gather necessary documents and information.

Follow strict and time sensitive SOP’s/SLA’s to ensure compliance and completion by deadlines.

Ensure all reports including internal and external partner reports are completed within the deadline.

Working with HMRC and other bodies to apply for and monitor certificates, licences and quotas.

Understanding and adhering to all company policies and procedures relevant to the role.


What we’re looking for:

GCSE Level education 

Some knowledge of Excel

Proficient in MS Office

Some experience using Google sheets ideally

Attention to detail

Ability to prioritise

Excellent communication skills

Problem-solving skills

Customer focused with excellent communication skills.

Self-motivated, with a can-do attitude
