Why not join us and be part of our Enterprise Delivery teams, your role will be to lead in identifying, defining and document business processes and software requirements to be developed as software. Liaising between the business and IT teams to facilitate communication and determine software objectives that align with stated and unstated business needs.
The Role:
- You’ll work with the business and delivery teams to shape and prioritise business requirements by making recommendations and suggesting alternatives to proposed solutions.
- Ability to engage with key business SME’s across different areas of the business and at times, lead other BAs in a portfolio of projects/ programmes.
- You’ll understand technical options, limitations, costs, and risks, whilst building strong relationships with business partners to discuss tradeoffs and work collaboratively to shape requirements accordingly.
- Translate conceptual user requirements into clear, detailed functional requirements.
- Manage requirements scoping throughout the delivery process and support delivery teams as they develop, test, and deploy solutions.
- Review delivery team output to ensure requirements are correctly interpreted; define and execute test cases.
- Document current processes and models to understand inefficiencies or gaps and identify and assist in prioritising opportunities to streamline business processes.
Does this sound like you?
- Having proven depth and breadth of experience in the IT Retail landscape, understanding systems and processes.
- Proven track record of working across large and complex projects and programmes, involving multiple business application areas.
- Experience of working across multiple business areas such as supply chain, logistics, commercial, finance, and ecommerce.
- Previous experience of working in Cloud and SaaS based solution projects with a background in Retail and Supply Chain systems is preferred
- You’ll have great interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships at all levels and be able to influence.
- You’ll be a strong problem solver with excellent trouble-shooting skills.
- Motivated and driven by achieving long-term business outcomes
