We’re looking for a Creative Artworker to join our Studio Team here at Wickes. In this role you’ll:

* Deliver campaign graphics and imagery for all marketing communication while pushing the boundaries for the brand

* Work closely with the Marketing Managers to deliver campaigns in line with the marketing strategy

* Creating, preparing, proofing and checking print ready artwork of POS, brochures and digital assets across various formats

* An ability to work on a number of projects at any time, prioritise and deliver ‘right first time’ output

* Work with Studio Manager and brief owners to ensure briefs and feedback are delivered on time and drives the Wickes brand forward

* A great understanding of digital and print requirements and their role in ensuring that final print ready artwork files are delivered on time, and ready to go

* Experience in producing Point of Sale material and catalogue work an advantage

* Maintenance of file management to allow effective file location, back-up, archive and transfer

What are we looking for:

* Degree in design ideally

* 3+ years experience of working a busy creative department preferred

* Expert in Adobe Suite

* Able to work through spreadsheet briefs to produce multiple campaign POS

* Skilled at creation of new artwork and assets and building them out to print ready artwork

* Print experience - understanding and knowledge of preparing artwork for print, along with the different printing processes

* Keen attention to detail, continually striving to deliver ‘right first time’ creative

* Knowledge of creative tools.

* Understanding of creative best practice across print and digital formats
