The Role To manage the Wickes PLC company car fleet and the associated driver compliance. The Fleet and Compliance Manager - Car Fleet will work with colleagues at all grades across Wickes to secure STR, MTR and LTR company car fleet in line with the Wickes Driving for Work Policy. The role requires Matrix management of colleagues through a non-direct line of reporting. This role will also ensure all colleagues driving on business for Wickes hold the relevant license qualifications and correct business insurance, ensuring that Wickes as an employer meets its Duty of Care requirements for all colleagues. Through the use of telematics, risk profiles of the driving behavior of company car drivers can be identified and discussed. The role holder will also provide the Wickes Insurance Business Partner with footage from any company car FFC system and manage the PCN process within Wickes ensuring that drivers are identified and any PCNs attributed to them. The holder will also control all FFC and telematics reporting from company cars. Supporting the Fleet and Compliance Manager - Commercial as required
Who are we looking for?
- Experience in a role managing +100 fleet
- Budget responsibility in excess of £1m
- Change management
- National CPC
- In Depth Knowledge of Transport Legislation
- HR and Disciplinary process
- Car Driver
- Fully understand the PCN process
