We are looking to recruit a Operations Manager to join our HDC site in Northampton.
This role will be covering night shifts; 10pm-6am Mon-Fri.

Someone with Management experience already working at Line Manager level or above.

Key Accountabilities:
Ensuring all orders are picked accurately, packed adequately and dispatched on time.
To ensure compliance to procedures in all areas of responsibility
To provide leadership, coaching and direction to colleagues in all warehouse areas
Monitor the cost of site consumables, and ensure efficiency and availability of this key cost line.
To ensure that sales and profit targets are achieved together with the effective maintenance of operational standards in accordance with Company policies & procedures.
To act as a catalyst in identifying opportunities to improve business performance through active reviews of current process and procedure.
To ensure that all orders generated from the Wickes website are fulfilled within the required time-scales, and the best standards and service levels.
To ensure, store deliveries are completed OTIF by adhering to site H&S regulations.
Drive change within the operation, to further improve profitability and performance of the site.
P&L responsibilities and understanding, reportable to senior managers.
Providing support, guidance & performance management of the management team.
Able to confidently manage external relationships with contractors and visitors on site and maintain key operational and customer service standards at all times.
