We’re looking for a POS Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team and be responsible for the day to day delivery of campaign Point Of Sale from creative concept to execution in store.
Key Accountabilities:
Management and delivery of Wickes POS campaigns. Responsible for the end to end process from writing the brief to delivery to store
Managing the distribution of POS. Working with our printer to ensure campaigns are distributed on time and manage the delivery process and communicate out to the wider business.
Create concept and technical briefs for in house studio, working with POS Manager to sign off all creative output.
Support with the creation of campaign guides for stores to use, working cross-functionally to ensure the guide has correct detail from various departments.
Manage all forum requests and ensure that all stores have the correct POS delivered on time.
Raise purchase orders and update relevant budget trackers daily.
Work with our print supplier to ensure that all marketing collateral is in stock and reports are run weekly and shared with the team
What are we looking for:
Ideally you’ll have at least a year’s experience in Retail marketing or agency with experience of managing sign off. You’ll be used to managing multiple projects and have strong verbal, written and communication skills. You’ll also:
