Job Description

Wickes are a digitally led, service enabled organisation with a project in every home.


We are recruiting a Reporting Specialist to join our Installations Department in Northampton.


Role Purpose:


To provide reporting support within the Installations Department that will enable service improvement and cost reduction, through the maintenance and development of performance data.



Key Accountabilities: 


  • To provide relevant and timely information to Managers within the field and centre, that will be used to improve service and the Installation operation.

  • Ensure all reporting is accurate and produced on time.

  • Accommodate ad-hoc requests.

  • Prioritise workload to ensure deadlines are met.

  • To complete any UAT as required.



What are we looking for?


Qualifications:

  • English and Maths and educated to A level


Experience:

  • Advanced excel and database management

  • At least 1 years relevant work experience in a contact centre reporting environment

  • Collaboration within a team structure to produce high quality output at pace


Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Confident and effective communicator


Knowledge:

  • Reporting and database systems
