Here at Wickes we are looking to recruit a Studio Coordinator, which will involve working with the Studio Manager to assist in the day to day delivery of studio work - ensuring projects are delivered to the brief, on brand and as per the timings agreed.
Key Accountabilities:
Review briefs to ensure they are correctly completed and can be understood by the designer. Ensuring the output is delivered on time and to the brief.
Manage the allocation of work through the workload planner to ensure that the right resource is allocated at the right time, for the right period of time
Review all artwork before sharing with brief owners to ensure it meets, or exceeds, the brief, is on brand and drives the Wickes brand forward.
Work with brief owners to forward plan the Studio for the coming weeks, whilst being able to allow some time for reactive projects.
Become a gatekeeper for the Studio, ensure consistency and accuracy across all assets that are created and strive to drive improvement for any Studio processes.
Produce weekly Communications to -brief owners to support the workflow of the studio
Work with our print supplier to ensure that all marketing collateral is delivered on time and in the correct format.
Demonstrate Wickes behaviours and support their own development goals
What are we looking for:
Graduate calibre
Minimum of 1 year experience in Retail marketing or agency (preferred)
Good understanding of multi channel assets; print, digital, email and social (preferred)
Management of - workflow through a busy Studio
Agency experience due to the fast paced nature of our Studio and number of briefs received
Experienced in working with, applying and assessing creative against Brand Guidelines
Knowledge and understanding of the creative process, from brief, to artwork and then production
Confident at stakeholder management, reviewing briefs, understanding the information required to develop the right out put and asking questions to internal stakeholders for clarification
Managing multiple projects at one time
Print knowledge and understanding of the printing process
Creative thinking and being to articulate what is required to push the brand forward
Keen attention to detail, continually striving to deliver ‘right first time’ projects
Able to get to the root of feedback to quickly understand what needs to subsequently be done
Organised, able to manage time and project delivery
Strong verbal, written and communication skills
Able to build relationships in a hybrid work environment
Project management, understanding your role in the process and the impact it has on the overall end goal
