The Role...
The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations within the Supply Distribution Centre (SDC), ensuring efficient warehouse processes, stock movement, and compliance with company policies. Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, this role involves leading teams across multiple functions, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring that key performance targets for productivity, safety, and accuracy are met. A critical focus is on maintaining a safe working environment, enforcing Health & Safety standards, ensuring all activities comply with legal and company policies, strong leadership, operational efficiency, and a commitment to delivering a high standard of service to meet business and customer demands

About you...
  • Experience in a warehouse operations management role within a distribution or logistics environment
  • Leading and managing multiple teams in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse
  • Proven experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and stock control processes
  • Experience in enforcing Health & Safety policies and procedures within a warehouse setting
