The Role...

The main purpose of the role is to support all aspects of the day-to-day management and maintenance of the Wickes Home Delivery Distribution Network in Northampton. The FM Supervisor will also be responsible for the remote supervision of any contractors working on the campus and ensuring the required standards are achieved and maintained at all times. It will be a key part of the role to build and develop good working relationships with all contractors, operational Managers and other local stakeholders.

About you...

N.E.B.O.S.H General certificate (desirable/willing to work towards)

IWFM Level 3 or above (desirable/willing to work towards)

Excellent communication skills.

Self-motivated and capable to operate with clear goals under minimum supervision.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to a broad spectrum of individuals.

Excellent knowledge of Google Docs and Office applications.

Reliable and Excellent timekeeping.

An eye for detail.

Flexibility with hours

Ability to travel between sites (Northampton & Crawley)

Confidence to challenge where necessary
