We are looking to recruit an Ecommerce Shrinkage and Continuous Improvement Analyst to join the MCFC team in a challenging role to reduce shrinkage while continually making improvements, looking at data and processes. You will have the opportunity to join a growing ecommerce business that has seen year on year growth. Reporting directly into the Op’s Manager, you will also engage senior stakeholders giving updates on new efficiencies & ideas as well as periodic updates.
Key Accountabilities:
Optimise, review and continuously improve returns process’ in MCFC
Record, review and improve shrinkage within the MCFC operation. Drive change by reviewing goodwill gestures, following supplier issues and current practices.
Analyze large data sets and highlight trends, anomalies and potential risks
Review Carrier claims and Carrier data with a view of missed deliveries, missing address, failed collections, unscanned reports.
Build relationships with customer services and suppliers in order to establish the most productive way of dealing with remedials and shrinkage within ecommerce and any other areas directly impacting MCFC and to identify areas for improvement
Review SLAs with suppliers that affect our shrinkage due to faulty products covered by warranty, challenge costs associated with supplier direct deliveries and suppliers relations as well as educate our returns team in regards to processing high value returns
Implement non conformance standards, across all suppliers
Ability to show agility with workload, prioritisation and organisation skills are key
Comfortable presenting to all levels, highlighting key stats, challenges and solutions
Act as a leader and conduct oneself inline with our Winning Behaviours

Ecommerce experience.
