Wickes. Let’s do it right

The new voice board is a collection of young colleagues from all across the business. Who work as a think tank to create new ideas and offer an opinion on current Wickes initiatives.

Our aim is to be a network that offers the younger generations of the Wickes family a platform to share opinions and experiences.

Our growing LGBT+ network "Let's do it with Pride" has a simple aim: To create a positive and supportive environment for our LGBT+ colleagues to allow them to achieve their full potential. We partner with Stonewall, the leading charity for LGBT+ rights and inclusion and as a Stonewall Diversity Champion we work with them each year to continually improve our LGBT+ credentials across all areas of our business.


The network hold events, training and networking opportunities throughout the year and have a dedicated Google+ community and internal website to engage with our LGBT+ community.
